Honesty in Organizations
The purpose of this review is to bring together, synthesize, and consolidate the many insights researchers have discovered about honesty from the past two decades, and to identify new questions, insights, and areas for future inquiry.
Incivility Divides and Hurts
Observers of everyday rudeness often become the carriers of its harmful consequences. However, little is known about the epidemiology of rudeness—that is, whom do observers of rudeness typically hurt. We propose that witnessing rudeness fuels active harm to out-group members.
Team Resilience Potential
Emerging research on work team resilience has begun to highlight the phenomenon in which teams succeed despite facing significant adversity. Work team resilience defined as a team’s capacity to bounce back from adversity-induced process loss, and includes examples of overcoming the loss of a key member, or a team which needs to navigate intra-team conflict.
